How do i embed qb payment link in ar workflow

It's a great idea to attach a payment link in the workflow, @marie76. Below, I'll impart a few details about linking it to the workflow.

 

Currently, the feature to embed QuickBooks Payments links into the workflow is unavailable. As a workaround, you'll have to manually create and send a payment link to your customer.

 

Additionally, you can generate a Sales by Customer Detail report to gain an overview of your business and receive specific information on each customer's purchase history.

Well that doesn't make sense since I know other companies can do this. Should I just switch to the Workflow's payment link and make my life easier?

We understand that this would be beneifical for your business. However, we do recommend submitting feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this as a feature in QBO. 

 

Select the Gear icon in your account and then Feedback to submit your suggests successfully.
