How to get CC payments to rerun through the correct deposit account. I had to change my account due to fraud several payments were still trying to deposit into the old acct number

You can void the credit card payment fee that was not yet cleared by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
2. From the Processing Tools drop-down, select Reverse a Transaction.
3. Fill out the necessary fields and select Search.
4. Select the transaction(s) you want to refund, then Submit.
