Question

I activated the business checking but how do I know if I am setup for faster payments

Using the business checking is suppose to give you faster payouts as I understand but is it automatically now the place payments will go or do I need to change a setting

Hello there, Elisa. I want to make sure you get paid as quickly as possible.

 

To check how long it takes to receive the payments you process, you can visit the Deposit Speed section of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I'll be happy to show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. In the left menu, select the Payments tab.
  4. Go to the Deposit Speed section and review it.

 

If you're not using QBO, you can check your deposit speed in the Merchant Service Center.
