Question

I am getting emails that my payment account will be closed and funds returned to clients if I don't complete setup. I have received payments to my bank account. Any clue?

When I click the link in the email, it says that I have completed the setup. I just want to make sure my account doesn't get shut down as I have outstanding invoices.

Our payments live support team is equipped with specialized tools such as screen-sharing to review your payment account and effectively address your issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. You can use the QB Assistant by entering your question or topic, or select Search, open an article, and then clicking the Contact Us button.
  3. Select a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  4. On the "How would you like to connect with us?" page, choose either Have us call you or Chat with us.

It says that it is not available until Monday but the email says my account will be closed tonight.
