I am trying to re-subscribe however it won't allow me to enter my credit card number

It is a us based card with no disputes. It won't allow me to even type a number. A pink box pops up.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community and back to the QuickBooks family! Could you share a screenshot of this pink box that pops up so that way, I can investigate the matter further?  In the meantime, I would like for you to do some troubleshooting techniques and resubscribe again. 

 

Solution 1: Try logging in using private browsing. This method ensures that the browser would not be able to store cookies, history, or any form of data that could cause issues. Once completed, log in again and enter that credit card information, and if you can, follow Solution 2.
 

  • Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Solution 2: Clear cache. Overtime collection of data from frequent page visits can cause corruption of data. Clearing the cache will remove those corruptions, allowing the page to load a clean copy. Depending on your browser, follow this link to clear those cache.

 

Solution 3: Change browser. Try using another browser and login in to see if this situation happens on all platforms.
