Question

I am trying to setup all of my payment links. I have put in all of the correct information and I still get denied. What can I do to get payment links ASAP?

My bank and business information is all in order, but for some reason quickbooks is just not allowing it and will give me an email that says "We can't turn on payments for you.
Why?
There are several possible reasons. Often, this decision is related to the type of products or services you sell."

I perform IT Services which should not be out of the scope of being able to accept payments.

I appreciate you coming to the Community to share how your QB Payment application went.

 

The reason why your application was rejected is not shared across all support channels since it's a sensitive matter. You can contact our Merchant team about it, but I can't guarantee that they can provide their findings since they are confidential even to the applicants.

 

On the other hand, you can check out the Intuit Payments Acceptable Use Policy. It talks about prohibited users, business types, transactions, etc., which could be factors for declining a QB Payments application.
