I am unable to enter direct deposit information
Hello. I am trying to set up my direct deposit information and I keep getting the following message:
We're having trouble confirming your bank info. Try again.
I have called customer support at least half a dozen times and they keep transferring me to other departments that cannot help. It appears no one has ever seen this message before, or at least that how they regard it. I have called my back and my employer, and there is no error on their end. I have tried everything and anything to set up my deposit info, but I just keep getting this error. And yes, the information is correct. And yes, double checked with the bank.
Has anyone had similar issues?
