I do not have SSN, I have ITIN. QB online do not accept my application with ITIN to accept payments.

QuickBooks Payments requires SSN to accept your application. To verify any other options so you can process your application using ITIN, I highly recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. With their tools, they can give you advice and guide you on the actions you can take. To do so, please refer to these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. At the top right part of the page, click the Help icon.
  3. You'll be routed to the Assistant tab. 
  4. From there, type a description of your issue. Example: QBO does not accept my application with ITIN to accept payments.
  5. Then, click the arrow to send your concern.
  6. QBO will provide a list of options applicable to the issue you sent. If you can't find the closest solution. Enter the word Talk to a human.
  7. Select I still need a human and then click Get help from a human.
  8. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.

I control QBO from another time zone and I need support email adress to solve my matter through email. Is there any support email?
