I have QuickBooks Bill Pay Elite. When it I go to schedule a payment it says "Payment can't be scheduled contact us for more information"

I have QuickBooks Bill Pay Elite. When it I go to schedule a payment it says "Payment can't be scheduled right now, contact us for help" I have talked to so many QBO customer service agents, none of them can figure out why. The last rep told me this is known problem with the Bill pay switch over and they are working on it. Anyone else have this problem? It is a real hinderance to not be able to pay bills!

Why is this still not resolved?  This is insane.  Received this error message today when attempting to make first bill payment online and the customer support indicated I should (a) try to lower the payment amount or (b) get a new bank from my vendor.  Are you kidding me?  This is extremely frustrating.

I received an email from customer service telling me this issue was resolved, even though nothing had actually changed and I still could not process payments. I ended up cancelling my Bill Pay Elite membership and switched and started using Melio, which has been great, zero problems (and they don't charge for ACH payments). I got an email last week from QBO that told me on Dec. 4th they are discontinuing use of Melio for processing payments and I have to start using QuickBooks Bill pay. So, I this time I just signed up for Bill Pay Premium and it works most of the time. I still get errors here and there. I don't dare subscribe to Elite again, because my issue never got resolved and they would not even recognize that it was still an issue.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error message persists, consider to signup for a Melio account for fee to connect with QBO for the time being.

Quickbooks customer service agents will never figure out your problem.  I have this same error and they are useless and will easily waste hours of your time.
