I have received notices in QBO that state "Deposit on hold" it states "We need some info from you before we can release funds to your account. I didn't get an email

The notice also states "Check your email for details" - I can't find any emails. What do I do?

You can also check your spam and junk folders to see if the email about the deposit on hold is there, lwilson.
