Question

I know that my business is PCI compliant, but I keep getting emails from Intuit. How can I stop this?

I only accept payments through transactions processed through third-party services who guarantee that payments through their services meet PCI DSS.  That includes invoicing through Quick Books online.  I keep receiving emails from QB about the need for compliance.  I spoke with Security Metrics and they informed me that QB reports me as being noncompliant with PCI standards.

How do I communicate my compliance to QB without paying a third-party services provider to do it for me?

Security Metrics has been telling a LOT of QB customers that we are not compliant.  It's their (Security Metrics) way of forcing you to use them, instead of using someone else that may be cheaper and less abusive.

If you know you're PCI compliant, then just ignore the emails. Block or report as spam if you need. They are just doing it to try and scare or force you into using them.
