If you're using QuickBooks Payments in accepting customer payments the processing time will depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. If you're new to the program, the deposit time of your first set of payments will be within 5 business days. These first deposits take a bit longer while we set up your account. Once finished, we'll deposit customer payments much faster. Then, for any payments processing issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can contact our Payments support. Our support operation is from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
