Welcome aboard to the Community space, @useramanda4. I've got some steps here on how you can transfer your payments between accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Here are a few easy ways how you can transfer your money out of your QuickBooks Checking account:

  1. Select Transfer money and choose Move money between your account.
  2. From your QuickBooks Checking account, enter the amount to move.
  3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
  4. In the To field, select the plus sign. Then, choose your QuickBooks Business Checking account.
  5. Once ready, click Finalize transfer.

If you need further guidance with this process, you can check out this reference: Use your QuickBooks Checking account. It includes a step-by-step process for transferring money in and out of your QuickBooks Checking Account.

Moreover, I'll link this article just in case you'll want to know how to transfer funds between accounts: Transfer funds between accounts.

I'm only a few clicks away from you if you have something to add up about managing payments in QBO. I'll be more than happy to help you out. Stay safe, and have a good one!
