I thought I lost my debit card at the grocery store. I immediately canceled it and requested a new one. Then I found it. Can I reverse the cancellation request?

Before anything else, I’d like to clarify, what debit card are you referring to? If you’re referring to QuickBooks Checking debit card. Then, I suggest you contact our Merchant Support Services. Account-related concerns are routed to them to thoroughly check and address your query in no time.

Contact us through QuickBooks Online:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
