If I turn off all business payment methods on an invoice what ACH fee would my customer pay if they choose to use ACH?

I currently do not accept credit card payment due to the cost but have moved many clients over to 1% ACH option. I'd like to know what fee they'll be charged before I turn off the 1% ACH option.

The convenience fee for ACH transactions is charged at 1% of the total cost per transaction, sundogmedia. Let me discuss further details with you.

You can check out the complete list of fees on our website. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/payment-rates/.

Additionally, we've created an interactive calculator to help you estimate the costs for specific transaction. This tool allows you to input the expected transaction volumes and amounts to get a clear picture of the potential fees that your customers will pay.

You can access this calculator here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/cost-calculator/.

Full details about this feature are also provided in this article: Let your customers pay invoices by ACH bank payment with a convenience fee.

Aside from that, I'd also like to share two other articles for additional guidance when receiving customer payments:
