If my CC payment comes through the bank feed, why is it not accepting it when I click on "add credit card payment"?

There is usually missing information when that happens, make sure you have selected "Record as a credit card payment".  Then check that you have selected the correct credit card. 

Don't forget to check and make sure if you accepted the credit card payment on one end to use option "Match". 

I also resolved issue by refreshing my browser at the top and trying again.
