Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to check or verify the annual charges that you're getting for security purposes. That being said, I highly suggest reaching out our Phone Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment.

You can reach them by clicking the Help icon at the upper right, then Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.
