The feature to add the logo to invoices is not working. When I upload a picture in the correct format it doesn’t let me save the added logo. It just hangs there and nothing happens.

Please ensure that your logo file meets QuickBooks Online's specific size, format, and resolution requirements, @Dru_2025.

When uploading your logo, please ensure it is in a .gif, .bmp, png, .jpe, or .jpeg format, less than 10 MB in size, 24 bits or less in color depth, square-shaped, and uses the standard RGB color space to ensure it works properly.

If the above has been followed and nothing happens, try using QuickBooks-supported web browsers and clear your Intuit-specific cookies. It can help refresh your website preferences, which may be causing issues when using QuickBooks.

Also, you can visit this article for more guidance on how to add and delete the logo in QBO accurately: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

Additionally, you can set up automatic reminders to your customers about invoice due dates in QuickBooks Online to make it easier for your customers to pay on time.
