Invoice payments listed under Undeposited Funds not transferring to checking properly

I have manually created several deposits by selecting the appropriate invoice payment etc. However, even after doing this and matching it to the actual bank deposit the next day, it is still showing as 'Undeposited Funds' instead of the checking account. Why is this?

Your account seems to be showing unusual activity, as the problem continues despite verifying it against the actual bank deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Solaruser.

The Undeposited Funds account acts as a temporary holding area for money until you decide to deposit it. It is the primary account for deposits when you receive payments. To transfer the amount to an undeposited fund, you must create a bank deposit.

I suggest troubleshooting since this issue continues. Sometimes, browsing data can disrupt your account navigation. Consider using a private window, as it won't store any additional files. Here's how:

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)
