Invoice Reminders

I love the new feature that allows you to automatically send a link to a customer's phone number when invoicing in QBO.  My question is why the link is not available when sending invoice reminders?? 

 

For clients who do not check their email regularly, having it also go as a text to their phone is really helpful.  If nothing else, it says "Hey, Buddy!  Check your email and pay that overdue invoice!!"

Thank you for your feedback and enthusiasm about the new feature that allows invoice links to be sent via text in QuickBooks Online (QBO), cambita. Let's submit a feature request for future improvements.

 

Currently, the feature in the QBO to send an invoice link a message to open the invoice is unavailable. I'd recommend sending your feedback through the Gear Icon and clicking on Feedback in QBO. They can assess the possibility of adding this feature to enhance functionality. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help option.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online.
  3. Click Product Suggestion, and a pop-up window will display.
  4. Provide your feedback.

 

Once submitted, your suggestion will be reviewed by our dedicated team. You can also keep track of your feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to see any progress or updates.

 

Once you complete it, our designated team will review it. You can track your future requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
