Is it required to use Quickbooks payment methods?

If so, are we trapped into using only those methods that are allowed within Quickbooks. Example: using Zelle is not an accepted method. Which I find will not allow even sending out an invoice via email without an accepted payment method. Is this not considered entrapment.

You can use QB Payment or a 3rd party supported payment processor to integrate with QBO.

I'd also agree with what Fiat Lux - Asia stated above that it depends if you'll want to use QuickBooks Payments, where you can have a credit card, debit card, and ACH method for payment. Otherwise, you'll want to consider looking for a third-party app that allows the feature you need. I'll show you how:

 

  1. From the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Use the search bar and enter the keyword to look for an app.
  4. Choose an app from the list.
