Is there a keyboard shortcut to email an invoice?

I send out about 75 invoices each month and it would be helpful to be able to just input a key command to send off the invoice instead of moving my cursor up to the "@" symbol or the pull down menu.

Allow me to share some information about using the keyboard shortcut in Quickbooks Desktop for Mac.

 

Currently, the option to email invoices using keyboard shortcuts isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.  I can see how this option would be beneficial to your business.

 

I'd recommend sending a feedback request directly to our Product Development team. It helps us improve the features of the program. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Send Feedback Online.
  3. Select Product Suggestion.
  4. Enter your product request/product suggestion.
  5. Click Send Feedback tab.
