I have an accounts payable invoice that I have to manually enter over 100 items into. Is there a way to use the import functionality to import the expense detail into one invoice?

I'll help you import these expense details into QuickBooks, @RCoff.

The option to import bills with multiple line items is currently unavailable in the US version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). You may consider looking for a third-party application that can help import your bill transactions.

To find a third-party app, you can search the Apps menu for a keyword (bill importer). You might also want to go directly to our Apps Store and look for an app.

On the other hand, you can follow the steps that were shared by Fiat Lux - ASIA to import your bills into the program.

I can see the benefits of you having this option for your business. Thus, let me take note of this to improve your QuickBooks experience.

You can also send feedback to our product developers so they can review your suggestions. Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

Moreover, you can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

You might also want to review all your vendor transactions in the future. You can go to the Expenses menu and select Vendors. Then, go to the Transactions List tab.

I'm still open to your replies, @RCoff. If you need further assistance importing transactions in QBO, just comment below or post again. Have a good one.
