I already have a blank checks in the printer.

I only need to print the signatures on them.

Right now I found a way to print signature and date only. Just need date to be gone.

I need my checks to be printed like this. NO DATE NO NAME NO AMOUNT ONLY SIGNATURE

QuickBooks is not designed to print checks... without printing them.

I'd use Word or other similar program and line up the signature image on the otherwise-blank document to match your checks.

I appreciate you finding ways to achieve the desired information when printing checks in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Rest assured, we're here to assist you with resolving any issues that arise and can also explore alternative methods to achieve your required results.

QuickBooks Desktop requires a date to be entered when printing checks. The date field is necessary as it helps in tracking and recording financial transactions accurately. Hence, removing it isn't possible.

Nevertheless, you may consider integrating a supported third-party app within the program that suits your needs.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the QuickBooks App page.
  2. Scroll down from the Apps section.
  3. Find the Apps for QuickBooks Desktop.
  4. Select Desktop Apps.
  5. You can utilize the Search Box to find a compatible and preferred third-party app.

Additionally, you can refer to this helpful article if you encounter any issues while printing checks: Fix printing issues in QuickBooks Desktop.
