Let’s find out the reasons behind the delay in your payout and why it hasn’t yet been deposited into your account, info2085. I’d like to provide some helpful information regarding the timing of when QuickBooks processes customer payments and deposits them into your bank account.

Normally, funds reach your bank account within 2-3 business days after a transaction. The exact timing can change based on what time you make the transaction, which bank you use, and how long it takes your bank to check and process electronic deposits.

Credit card payments take 5-7 business days to transfer to your bank, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payments for the first time, your first deposits may take longer as we set up your account. After this setup, your payments will be deposited within two business days.

To check the current deposit speed in QBO, follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
    2. Click the Payments tab.
    3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

For more details, open this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

However, if the payment is not deposited within the timeframe, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support Team. They can review your account and investigate the delay in receiving deposits.
