Question

“Looking for a way to pay? We can let Company LLC know you’re not sure how.” with clickable buttons of "Yes, let them know" or "No thanks"

Dear QuickBooks Support,

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the messaging displayed to clients when they view their invoices—specifically, the message prominently centered on the page that reads: “Looking for a way to pay? We can let Company LLC know you’re not sure how.” with clickable buttons of "Yes, let them know" or "No thanks"

As a business owner, I find this phrasing to be off-putting and undermining to the professional relationship we maintain with our clients. It suggests that our billing processes might be unclear or difficult to navigate and all to promote payments with QBO.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide an option to either turn off this message or modify it to better suit our communication style. This would allow us to maintain a professional and tailored approach to our client interactions.

Yes I can switch to PDF attached invoices and have, but have no visibility on whether the invoice is viewed or not.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and I hope this feedback can help enhance the user experience for all QuickBooks users.

@JenoP  It's kind of funny how, in spite of the support staff here writing full-on essays about how valuable customer feedback is, and how seriously the feedback is taken, it never quite extends to the support staff actually sending on said feedback.

Instead, the essays end up being a drawn-out version of 'Hey! Nice to hear from you. Go talk to someone else about this. I am a preprogrammed answering machine, beep-boop.'

@Racing Adamwhere would your customers be seeing this message? Is it in the email body? Or somewhere on the payment link? This is not a message we would want attached to our emailed invoices either, but we do not see where it would be displayed.
