My customer can't view the link for credit payment when I send my invoice.

In the meantime, I recommend having your customers perform some troubleshooting steps. If they encounter any error message, let them follow any instructions they see. However, if there aren't any steps, I recommend following these troubleshooting steps:

• Clear their web browser cache.
• Right-click Review and pay in the invoice email and copy the URL. Open a web browser and paste the link into the address bar. If the link still doesn't open, try another web browser.
• Make sure their web browser is up to date.
