Question

My intuit quickbooks business debit card keeps getting declined. I have funds in the account. The numbers, date and CVV are correct. I have tried many times.

You'll want to make sure that you have activated your QuickBooks debit card so you can use it seamlessly. Here's how you can activate it if you haven't already:

 

  1. Go to Business overview, then select Cash flow.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Checking.
  3. Using the shortcut menu, tap Activate card.
  4. Create a PIN you'll use to make withdrawals and click Next.
  5. Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
  6. When you're done, select Confirm.

 

However, if it's already activated and still gets declined, I suggest contacting our Payments Support Team if the issue persists. They have the tools to securely look into your account and can do further investigation into this behavior.
