I’m a new user of this services,I think the wait for 5 business days for a payment to be cleared for a new user is too long.

1) You are a customer/new business person so the payment process should be quickened.

2) Five business days is too long for a processing time

I know it wasn’t ideal, especially for businesses that just got started, @Jonceenoma. I’d be glad to share how QuickBooks Payments deposits work.


For new users who signed up for QuickBooks Payments or Merchant Services, their first set of payments (sometimes referred to as a batch) will be deposited a bit longer while setting up their account.


Once complete, transactions will take much faster moving forward. This means the 5 business days duration only happens for your first collection of payments. Then, the processing will eventually depend on the product you’re using and the type of payment.
