Question

Open Balance in Payment Network incorrect

I have a strange situation where the open balance in QuickBooks desktop doesn't match the amount that is being requested online in the payment network. The customer has an invoice with an open balance of $3707.03 but when you check the online balance it's $15,906.71?

We applied a few credits to this bill to reduce the balance, but I can't for the life of me figure out why the payment network balance is so far off?

Any input would be much appreciated.
