Pay stubs

The option to print your paystubs using a QuickBooks mobile application is unavailable. In this, you can log in to your QuickBooks Company on a browser and print your pay stubs from there. You’ll want to follow the steps below how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
2. Select the Paycheck list under the Run payroll.
3. Select the paycheck you want to print. 
4. In the Action column, select Print.
5. From the preview window, select the printer icon to print.
