I received a payment on 11/15/22. I checked on a desktop the status of it since I haven't received it in my bank account. 

 

It states it is under review, please check your email for more info. However I did not receive anything in my inbox or spam.

 

How did you resolve this issue?

I'll share a bit about the process, financials-hooke.

 

The payments under review will automatically clear after they are deposited in your bank. We evaluate payments regularly to make sure everything is fine.

 

Usually, the process will be completed within five business days. You'll receive an email with the steps on how to sort it out if there's something wrong with the payment.

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payment Support if it's beyond five business days. They can access your Merchant account and provide you with additional information regarding the transaction status.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this website: Contact Payments Support.
  2. Find the QuickBooks Online Payments & Merchant Service Center section. 
  3. Get their up-to-date contact information to call them.
