I have the steps to help you delete payments in QuickBooks Online, tallaridastaff. I'll be sharing the detailed process, which varies on the type of payment to remove.

To begin with, if you want to delete an invoice payment, here's how:

1. Head to Sales, then All Sales.
2. Find the invoice that the payment was for and pick Edit.
3. Click on the payment link after the Invoice total.
4. On the Receive Payment window, uncheck the invoice or Clear Payment.
5. Select Save and close.

If you want to delete a bill payment, you can proceed to these steps:

1. Select Expenses, then go to the Expenses tab.
2. Choose Bill payment from the dropdown to filter your transactions.
3. Locate the payment and click the Action dropdown.
4. Select Delete, then Delete to confirm the action.
