Payment email no longer including customer name

Hi!

The email from QBO I receive after a customer pays no longer has their name on it anywhere. It only has their email listed as their name. Is anyone else having this issue? Maybe it’s a glitch? It started a few days ago.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked our system and discovered that there is an ongoing investigation about an issue with the customer name on the email payment notification.

 

Rest assured that our engineers are now working on it and doing their best to resolve it as soon as possible. While they are doing so, I recommend contacting our Support Team so that your company's information can be added to the list of affected users.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click on the Search tab, then hit Contact Us.
  4. Choose a way to connect:
  • Start a chat with a live support.
  • Get a callback from our next available support.
