Payment Processing time

Hello there, payables4.

I'll help you figure out why the payment you sent before 11:30 AM EST on Monday isn't yet deposited after three days (Thursday).

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, the processing time will take a bit longer. The funds will be deposited within five days for the first week to 4rth week. We'll let you know via email once your payment is ready to process at normal speed. 

The payment you sent on Monday before 11:30am EST must be deposited to your account on Wednesday if you are already in the normal payment processing speed. I'd suggest contacting our Payments Support Team. This way, we'll know the status of your payments and get accurate information on why we didn't get the funds on the expected day/time. Here's how:
 

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Click the Help menu and select Contact us.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
