Today is Friday.

I haven’t received the payment yet.

the client has same day lead time.

The issue:

1. Why is it taking more than 5 days? Still I haven’t received the payment.

2. Why is it taking more than 5 days? Still I haven’t received the payment.

3. Why is it taking more than 5 days? Still I haven’t received the payment.

4. Why is it taking more than 5 days? Still I haven’t received the payment.

5. Why is it taking more than 5 days? Still I haven’t received the payment.

Why have you stolen my payment? Is this another scam going on from your team?

This isn't the experience we want you to have when receiving direct deposit payments from your client in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Samarth. Let me route you to our support to investigate this further.

Since we cannot check the status and track the direct deposit payment, it's best to contact the Support Team. The support representatives will further assist you with their tools and determine the underlying cause of the problem.

Here's how to contact them inside QBSE:

  1. Sign in to your QBSE account.
  2. Go to the Help icon and select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then click Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with our Support Team:
  • Via Callback, where they save you a spot and call you back
  • Via Chat, to start a chatting session with our support expert

The supporting hours are available from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

In the meantime, you can reach out to your client to verify if the payment details for direct deposit are correct since payment will go directly to your bank account based on the setup.

Moreover, you can utilize this article as a reference to learn how to categorize transfers in and out of your bank and credit card accounts: Categorize money transfers in QBSE.

I'll be here to help with additional questions about direct deposit payments or other QuickBooks concerns. Take care.
