Email notifications for payments are made on purpose. We're unable to turn it off, but feel free to send this suggestion to our development team. This way, they can consider adding an option to turn it off in future updates.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
3. Enter a sentence or two to describe your suggestion and click Next.
