printing a bill in online quick books

Currently, the option to print a bill is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you'll want to run the Transaction List by Vendor report to access the bills of your vendors and print them all at once. 

I'll show you how:
 

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the search bar, type Transaction List by Vendor.
3. Under the Report period, select the correct date.
4. Click Run report. 

To print the bills, click the print icon at the upper right. You can also email, or save it as a PDF.

Another workaround is to print the Transaction Journal Report from the bill form. You'll just have to open the bill you want to print, click More at the bottom, and select Transaction Journal.
