Purchase order

As of the moment, the Purchase Order (PO) feature isn't available in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. It's recommended to enter your purchase orders by logging in to your QBO account in a web browser.

You can use this article as your guide in enabling the feature and the steps to create one: Create and send purchase orders in QuickBooks Online

While the feature is not yet available, it's best to let our product developers know about your idea by sending feedback. They will review your suggestion and may consider adding it to future updates.

Here's how you can send your feedback through your mobile app:

1. Open your QuickBooks account.
2. On the upper left corner, click the Gear icon.
3. You'll be routed to your profile and on the upper right, tap the three vertical dots.
4. Click Feedback.
5. Enter a brief description of why you want the Purchase Order feature to be part of the app version.
6. Once done, send your feedback.
