Why should the client sign up for QuickBooks payments themselves and not an accountant user?
1-only the company owner is authorized to sign up for QuickBooks payments

2-setting up QuickBooks payments constitutes a contract

3-there is a fee for the accountant user to sign up for QuickBooks payments

4-an accountant user has no access to sign up for QuickBooks payments
