QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2023 + Merchant Services: store multiple credits cards for a customer

I am looking for a way to enter and save more than just one credit card for customers.

QuickBooks only provides the ability to save one card per customer. There's no way to change that.

However, you can set up Jobs for the customer, and each Job can have it's own credit card.
