Due to an ACH reversal, Quickbooks and my business agreed on a payment plan to pay it back on $1000/month. However, they have charged me much more than that per month and are claiming they only received $1000. I have called support 20+ times in the past month, but no one has been able to help me.

Hello there, Timothy. I'll point you in the right direction to address the charges on your credit card that occurred when using the ACH bank feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before anything else, know that it isn't the experience we want you to have when utilizing the program's ACH option. In this situation, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can access the account in a secure environment and provide details about the charges that you received on your credit card. They can also track your payment history to help you review them. We'll outline the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.

To check the support availability, please see this page: Contact Payments Support.
