Why are payments still being accepted in Quickbooks payments when you have ended support for this as of 5/31/24?

Hello there, roagtradr. I'll provide more details about the discontinuation and explain why the payments are still being accepted on May 31, 2024.

It could be that the payment transactions were processed on May 31, 2024, which is why it's still being accepted. The service discontinuation will take effect after that date.

Here's a list of the products that will be discontinued after May 31, 2024:

  • QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021
  • QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2021 (General Business, Contractor, Manufacturing & Wholesale, Nonprofit, Professional Services, and Retail)
  • QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 21
  • QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2021
  • QuickBooks Enterprise Accountant 21
  • QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2021

You can check out our QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy for more details.

Additionally, I recommend contacting our payment support for further confirmation. It will ensure you have all the necessary details regarding your account and all the processed payments.

Moreover, you can explore our Help pages, which contain detailed articles with comprehensive instructions and guidelines about QuickBooks Desktop.

Contacting our payment team will help ensure that you have all the necessary information regarding the processed payments. If you have any additional questions, feel free to add a comment below. I'm here to help.
