I recently set up my quickbooks basic account, have sent out a few invoices and just received notification that one has been payed but I do not see it in my account.

Hi there, @Mlump. I'm here to share information about the processing time when the payments will be deposited in your account. 

 

In QuickBooks Payments, the first set of your payments is usually processed within five business. This may take some time while completing your account setup. Once finished, your funds will be deposited much faster, typically within two banking days. Also, checking the status of processed customer payments is a breeze. To get started, refer to the steps below:

 

For QuickBooks Online (QBO)

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Next, navigate to the Get paid & pay menu and select Deposits.
  3. Next, click the bank deposit you want to review. 

 

For other QuickBooks products, you simply need to go to the Merchant Service Center.
