I see that you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) as a product when posting this in the QuickBooks Community, @chojna. However, QBSE does not currently support the creation of recurring transactions. I'll explain further below.

At the moment, this feature is available only in QuickBooks Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. If necessary, you can upgrade to the latest QuickBooks subscription for new features and enhancements that streamline accounting processes and boost productivity. We will guide you on how to set up and utilize recurring templates effectively.

To turn tips on or off sales forms in QuickBooks Online, here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Settings gear icon and click on Account and Settings.
  2. Then, choose Sales and click the Edit ✎ icon under Sales form content.
  3.  Enable the option Accept tips.
  4. Under Who's receiving these tips?, choose an appropriate option:
My Team: Select this if the tips are distributed among your employees or others. This choice sets up a liabilities account for the tips.
Just me: Choose this if you're the sole recipient of the tips. This option creates an income account specifically for the tips.
  5. Click Update, then Save, and finally, confirm by clicking Done.

At times, it may be necessary to send a printed or PDF copy of a statement or sales form to a customer. Here is how you can save a copy for printing or emailing: Download and save sales forms and statements in QuickBooks Online.
