Removing the projects in dropdown list of customer while entering payment.

Is there any way to remove the projects in dropdown list of customers when entering payment without deleting or making inactive the projects? We just want to see the main client list while entering payments from customers.

    I'll gladly help you with this. Let me shed some light.

     

    Currently, removing projects in the customer dropdown list isn't possible in QuickBooks Online.

     

    In the meantime, you can directly submit feedback to our software engineers. They may consider and add it to our future product updates.

     

    Follow these steps to submit feedback:

     

    1. Go to the Gear icon.
    2. Below the Profile column select Feedback.
    3. Enter your suggestion and click "Next".
