Let me assist you in finding the sales by customer report, @Blackstonellc.

Your current subscription level determines which reports are accessible in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

If the report you're trying to pull up is Sales by Customer Detail, it's only available on the Essentials and Plus versions. The same goes for Sales by Customer Type Detail. But if it's the Sales by Customer Summary, we can perform some troubleshooting steps by logging in via incognito mode or a private window. This way, it confirms if the cache is the cause.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once you log in, try to look for the report again. Here's how:

  1. In the left menu, click Report.
  2. Select the Standard tab.
  3. Go to the Sales and customers section.
  4. Look for the Sales by Customer Summary report.
  5. Set the necessary filters.
  6. Click Run report.

To know more about the reports available for your version of QBO, see this article: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

In case you want to personalize your report based on your needs, here's a great resource that you can check for guidance on what to do: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else I can do to help, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks again and have a lovely day.
