Shopify sales come in as pending invoices in Quickbooks

Hello,

 

I'm currently having trouble with the Shopify and Quickbook integration. When making sales through shopify, all the sales are synced to quickbooks but are marked as pending/overdue. In order to resolve this, I have to go through each item and hit "Receive Payment". Is there a better way to do this?

Here in the Community, we don't have a direct view and access to any of the applications integrated with QuickBooks. With this, I recommend contacting the Technical Support of Shopify.

 

From there, one of the specialists can help and share the steps needed to map the accounting preferences and generate your sales activity. You can view the contact information of your app provider by checking it under the App Information section.
