Hi there, Rayjak,

To view your expenses from the last year, you can click on the Filter button and customize the Date to your preference. I’m here to guide you in accomplishing this process.

QuickBooks Online offers the functionality to view your detailed expenses for specific time periods, making it easier to track your spending throughout the year. To locate it, here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Expenses, then select Expenses.
  3. Click the All transaction dropdown, then choose Expense.
  4. Once done, click the Filter button beside the Dates: Last 12 months.
  5. Head to the Date dropdown, then edit the From and To date field.
  6. Update any necessary information.
  7. Once done, click Apply.

Afterward, you can review all the expenses you made over the past year.
