Subscription Renewal - I need to renew my subscription due 12/29/24 tomorrow. I was told by support 10 days ago they would be available today.Can't find a way to pay online and can't get a Support on the Ph.

Subscription Renewal - I need to renew my subscription due 12/29/24 tomorrow. I was told by support 10 days ago they would be available today, 12/28/24. Can't find a way to pay online and can't get a Support on the Phone. I can see in the system the msg below(*). Will I be automatically charged? Does anybody have a phone that works Saturday to provide ? What happens if I can't make the pmt today? Thank you!

There's nothing to worry about when renewing your subscription here in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As long as your bank account has enough balance, QuickBooks will automatically charge the exact amount.

 

You can also manually resubscribe your subscription in QBO. Let me walk you through the steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Under Profile, select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Select Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
  4. Enter the Payment information and Billing address.
  5. Click Resubscribe.

If your subscription renewal fails, QuickBooks will attempt to collect payment again; if unsuccessful, your account will become inactive. However, you can view your data for up to 365 days. You can manually resubscribe anytime you want within that period.
